Feel whole again with breathwork

No matter what you have been through, you can feel whole again. Life can be challenging, and many of us have had experiences that leave us feeling broken. To cope, we avoid or numb out, so we don't have to feel the pain. Opening the door can be scary, but it's the roadmap back to ourselves and the life we really want. 

I work with individuals to heal through breathwork. Focus on the body and connection to the breath allows us to experience emotions that have been pushed away. By exploring the depths of our pain, we free ourselves to move forward and find a new way of being
